The JET Industrial Belt Finishing Machine is equipped with a heavy-duty, one-piece steel stand and miter gauge, providing users with a versatile and high-performance tool for their finishing needs. It features variable position locks for vertical and horizontal belt head adjustments, as well as a removable/adjustable heavy-duty cast iron platen and tilting table for premium contour finishes, plain and compound mitering. Its sleek design allows it to fit seamlessly into any shop floor.
This 6x48 Industrial Belt Finishing Machine 3PH comes with adjustable components such as a dust deflector, dust chute, and cast iron removable platen for added convenience and versatility. Safety is also a top priority, with completely enclosed drums and a guarded sanding belt. The machine is also equipped with a simple belt tracking system with fine thread adjustments, as well as a removable upper belt guard for contour finishing. Additionally, it allows for angle finishing operations, with the table tilting 45° out and 20° in. The variable position locks allow for easy adjustments of the belt head both vertically and horizontally.
